• Own performance for two high-speed lines and a 58–62 person team.
• Drive OEE, quality, and safety through Lean and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Warehousing, Sanitation, and Maintenance.
• Grow your leadership in a modern bakery built for innovation.

3rd Shift, Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 pm–7:00 am

• Lead daily production and packaging to meet plan and elevate throughput.
• Implement Lean tools to remove bottlenecks and reduce downtime.
• Model and enforce GMP, SQF, and HACCP standards.
• Coach associates to engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Higher Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Lower machine downtime and food safety incidents
• Proactive health & safety incident prevention
• Improved product quality and less waste

• 2–3 years in manufacturing supervision with a hands-on, solution-first approach.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma methods.
• Strong leadership and team development capability.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Unwavering commitment to safety and quality.
• Travel: 1–2 times per year within Canada and USA for training.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Formal Lean training (Greenbelt certification)

• Salary: $80,000 — $90,000
