• Safety is Priority 1
  - Ensure the Distribution Safety is always working in accordance with Furlani and OSHA standards. Awhile always equipment, racking systems, shipping/receiving doors, dock plates and yard are free from hazards
• Execute on the weekly workflow to balance labor between shifts and plants
• Ensure all department equipment (warehouse technology including RF, packing systems, shipping systems, and forklifts etc) are functioning, as required
• Developing and communicating KPI's/metrics for all Distribution Team members, which will help measure employee productivity and effectiveness

• Forklift certification
• Previous responsible for supervising and directing others
• Experience with Process Improvement tools LEAN and 5S and Kaizens
• Experience with TMS and ERP programs
