CNC Machine Operator

Position Summary The Machine Operator sets up, runs, and maintains production machinery to manufacture products, ensuring high-quality output, efficiency, and compliance with safety protocols. Responsibilities include loading materials, monitoring machine performance, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting production data. Requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.

• Operate CNC vertical machining centers with Fanuc controls.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and detect any defects.
• Prepare machinery for production by adjusting settings and ensuring proper calibration.
• Saw Cutting Operations.
• Ability to read blueprints; inspect from blueprints; use various measuring devices.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure efficiency, detect malfunctions, and maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Adhere strictly to company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Record production data, such as output, materials used, and downtime.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
