Responsibilities- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with an assigned and new customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and a best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Prepare and submit oral and written material quotations.
- Identify customer product needs and coordinate execution of orders with other departments.
- Participate in trade associations, customer functions and local business community affairs related to First Waterworks business.
- Monitor sales trends and product performance results.
- Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager/General Manager.
- 2–5 years of related experience in the trade field.
- BS/BA in a related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of waterworks products and customers.
- Mathematical aptitude necessary for price quotations and margin production.
- Extensive travel required within local territory.
- Computer knowledge and skills with the ability to learn First Supply LLC’s business system.
- Effective social and negotiation skills.
