Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the Property) is a newer facility in a high traffic area in Oak Grove, KY, across the street from Ft. Campbell. The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN.

The Kitchen Steward is responsible for the overall cleanliness of kitchen areas and dishware, tableware, and service ware under the guidance of the Kitchen Supervisors.

• Rinse all dishware, tableware, and service ware for restaurants before sending them through the dish machine.
• Know and practice Health & Safety standards as set forth by governmental agencies.
• Wash hands at each possible point of contamination.
• Clean, deck brush, and mop all kitchen floors.
• Follow 3‑compartment sink procedures.
• Weekly de‑lime each dish machine.
• Use all chemicals according to use, and know where sheets are located.
• Report any malfunctions of the dishwashing machine, including temperatures (too low or too high) or any other type of equipment used.
• Set up, break down, and maintain all dishwashers.
• Empty all trash and cardboard boxes to the dumpsters.
• Clean and maintain all cook lines.

• Ability to multi‑task.
• Strong communication skills for safety.
• Provide good internal customer service to team members.
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer Service or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
