Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the “Property”) is a gaming facility located in Oak Grove, Kentucky, near Ft. Campbell and 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville. The property serves high‑traffic areas and offers a variety of gaming and hospitality services.

• Operate kitchen equipment including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and griddles.
• Collaborate with staff to cook, prepare, dish‑up, and assemble all outlet food.
• Provide excellent guest service to internal and external guests.
• Interpret and follow recipes, measurements, and menu specifications.
• Read, write, speak, and understand Basic English for recipe communication.
• Adhere to food cost and quality control procedures.
• Follow health code and hand‑washing guidelines.
• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu requirements.
• Maintain written requisition for supplies and inventory.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of baking and pastry terms preferred.
• Basic culinary techniques and timely recipe execution.
• Serv Safe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
• Experience in high‑volume environments (over 500 guests) preferred.
• Valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
• Interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to meet physical demands: sitting or standing, walking, handling objects, lifting up to 50 lb.

• Available to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Work involves frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 lb, and operating equipment.
• Moderate to loud noise level in the work environment.
• Must circulate throughout assigned areas and actively observe patrons.
