As a contracted Ophthalmologist or Optometrist with Leidos QTC Health Service, you will be responsible for performing a range of duties including:

• Performing comprehensive vision screenings
• Interpreting clinical data
• Refraction and prescription
• Tonometry
• Vision screen with color – with and without correction
• Periodic Health Assessments (PHA), Pre and Post-Deployment Assessments

• MD or OD from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience as an Ophthalmologist or Optometrist.
• Unrestricted State medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice
• Completed Education and training in an US accredited college or university
• Ability to pass a medical clearance
• Ability to pass a NACI clearance

• Experience conducting occupational medical examinations

  Appointments are typically scheduled approximately 5 to 7 days of notification. You set the pace and frequency!
• Location: NAS Whidbey, WA.
• Compensation: Compensation will be provided for each examination, with payment determined based on the specific requirements and type of examination performed.
