- Current certification through a recognized medical assistant program.
- Proven experience in a clinical or medical office setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Compassionate disposition with strong patient service skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across various functions.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and education.
