Medical Assistant / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant will be accountable for the delivery of quality care to patients and families of all ages. The role supports physicians, mid‑level providers, and clinical staff in providing medical services within the scope of practice, assisting in patient care and documentation.

• Assist physicians, mid‑level providers, and other clinical staff in delivering patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Support patient assessment, triage, and care coordination.
• Perform clinical procedures and tasks delegated by providers.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate with other team members.

• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork, communication, and service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Wage Range: $27,892 – $42,765
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED;
  Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year, preference for ambulatory care setting.
• Certifications:
  
  Current Washington State Medical Assistant Certification and current BLS certification.

• Wage Range: $29,569 – $46,156
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED;
  Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years, preference for ambulatory care setting.
• Licenses:
  Current Washington State LPN license and current BLS certification.
