Medication Aide

Join to apply for the Medication Aide role at Regency Pacific Management.

Assist senior residents with daily well-being, personal services, medication assistance, and social-recreational activities. Report to the wellness director.

• Complete nursing treatments and monitor residents' vital signs.
• Maintain medication/treatment records and comply with regulatory, OSHA, and incident reporting guidelines.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacist, and family as needed to ensure medications are received promptly.
• Store medications and equipment, keeping the medication room clean and orderly.
• Follow resident service plan, including assistance with bathing, grooming, medication administration, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in resident condition.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents.

• Typical candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving or medication pass.
• Can obtain CPR/BLS certification.
• Compose reports in English.
