• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington state with a track record of excellent outcomes.
• Experienced clinician in outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, sports rehabilitation, or other relevant outpatient PT services.
• Passionate about connecting with the community and creating innovative patient experiences.
• Natural leader with ability to build and support a team of therapists and support staff.
• Strong communication skills and empathy, able to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Comfortable adopting new technologies to enhance client engagement and efficiency.

• Base salary: $85,000 – $95,000 depending on experience.
• Additional earning potential via shared reward intelligent compensation; eligible for performance pay on top of base salary.
