Overview
Modern Family Law is growing, and we are looking for talented attorneys to join our team. We are currently offering a $25,000 signing bonus. Modern Family Law is a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law and is seeking a remote Family Law Senior Associate Attorney to join our Everett office (remote but must reside in Washington to attend hearings or meet with clients in the office).

Base pay and compensationBase pay range: $/yr - $/yr
Compensation details: The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance with a Health Savings Account option, short-term and long-term disability, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.
Additional voluntary programs include voluntary insurance options and commuter/transit benefits where available.
- Be adept at handling a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
- Be comfortable with direct client communications, drafting legal documents, and handling depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting, ensuring collective success.
- Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
- Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
- Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.
