Multi-Unit Team Leader

. This position provides leadership over three H&R Block tax offices, guiding customer-centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business.

• Serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates across three tax offices.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience and achieve office-related growth objectives for the three offices.
• Start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall and transition to full-time from January to April, including evening and weekend hours as needed. This role is in-person and not remote.
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates.
• Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders.
• Travel between offices as required.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions.
• Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.

• People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates.
• Aptitude for executing growth plans and leading towards a growth culture.
• Strong decision-making and judgment skills; able to perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns).
