Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN – Regency Pacific Management – Oak Harbor, WA

Weekend Rotation Required

Full‑time opportunity. As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training and supervising staff, and all activities related to resident well‑being.

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing
