Join as a Host/Server Assistant at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar. You will greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers in delivering exceptional service, and maintain smooth guest flow throughout the restaurant.

• Greet guests at the door, provide a friendly welcome, and guide them to tables.
• Assist servers with seating arrangements, guest inquiries, and service coordination.
• Maintain overall guest flow and ensure timely seating.
• Adhere to the restaurant’s health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

• Age 17 or older.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to positive guest interactions.
• Ability to work hard while enjoying the work environment.

• Remain stationary and move reasonably for up to four (4) hours per shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Speak clearly, listen attentively, and use protective hand coverings during the entire shift.
• Work with disinfectants, washing hands frequently with disinfecting soap, and wear protective face coverings/masks as required.

• Start at minimum wage up to $20/hour plus tips and tip‑out.
