• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer experiences a great, customized solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including budget management, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules, and company policies.
• Maintain a high standard of store appearance and presentation.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Operational, financial, and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Occasional exposure to fumes and odors.
• The position requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items; may involve exposure to irritant chemicals.
