The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Ask to add value, and Appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential regardless of education level.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically 4-8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.
• Hard surface floors, adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel support as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2000 lbs with equipment.
• Lifting, reaching, standing, kneeling, crouching, bending, climbing ladders.
• Operate store equipment, communicate effectively, and handle merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Sit, stand, walk, and perform physical activities throughout shift.
