responsible for preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
Key Duties- Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation with accuracy and compliance
- Analyze financial data to support tax positions and filings
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure appropriate treatment of deductions/credits
- Research and resolve complex tax issues and document findings
- Provide clear, customer-focused guidance on tax topics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tax solutions using cloud-based tools (e.g., Turbo Tax, Quick Books)
Strong tax knowledge (federal and state), attention to detail, analytical ability, effective communication, ability to research and interpret tax rules, and comfort working with cloud-based tax and accounting platforms. Demonstrates integrity, continuous learning, and inclusive collaboration.
