• Safely and efficiently operate a variety of snow removal and salt spreading equipment.
• Shovel snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic.
• Spread salt on sidewalks and walking pathways using hand‑held salt spreaders, shovels, and buckets.
• Provide 24/7 critical snow and ice management services.
• Always represent the company in a professional manner and appearance.

• Remove snow safely and efficiently from commercial properties, including parking lots and the exteriors of high‑traffic facilities using a snow plow/salt truck.
• Operate the snow plow/salt truck to clear roadways, loading areas, docks, parking lots, among others, in winter conditions, including snow, snow/rain mix, extreme weather, and temperatures.
• Remove snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic.
• Report to the assigned branch or location within the given time frame.

• At least 1 year experience operating a plow/salt truck.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen.
• Pass driver's background check.
• Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months.
• Able to handle the physical demands of the position.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Accountability to themselves and to their team.
• Be someone others want to work with.
