- Remove snow safely and efficiently from commercial properties, including multi‑family locations, parking lots, and exteriors of high‑traffic facilities using a Snow Plow Truck.
- Operate Snow Plow Truck to clear roadways, loading areas, docks, parking lots, among others, in winter conditions, including snow, snow/rain mix, extreme weather, and temperatures.
- Remove snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic.
- Report to the assigned branch or location within the given time frame.
- Be on call during the winter months for all snow and ice events.
- Ensure work is conducted in a safe manner and maintains work areas safe for the employee, the customer, the public, and the environment.
- Perform at a high and safe level of productivity.
- At least 2 years experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Pass pre‑employment drug screen / DOT Physical.
- Pass driver's background check.
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months.
- Able to handle the physical demands of the position.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Accountability to themselves and to their team.
- Be someone others want to work with.
