Responsibilities
:

• Safely and efficiently operate a variety of snow removal and salt spreading equipment
• Shovel snow to create safe pathways for the public, pedestrians, and traffic
• Apply salt on sidewalks and walking pathways using hand‑held spreaders, shovels, and buckets
• Provide 24/7 critical snow and ice management services
• Represent brilar professionally in appearance and demeanor

Requirements
:

• At least 1 year of experience pushing snow on commercial lots
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Availability to be on call 24/7 during winter season months
• Physical fitness to meet job demands
• Punctual and reliable
• Trainable, coachable, and quick learner
• Accountable to self and team
• Team‑player who others want to work with
