Accounts Payable Clerk

Pay Range: $18-20 per hour DOE

• Perform a variety of clerical accounting tasks, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, and general ledger support.
• Play an active role in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting department.
• Support HR functions such as scheduling interviews, managing employee onboarding paperwork, and maintaining HR records.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of accounting and HR processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Office—especially advanced Excel skills—to analyze data, generate reports, and streamline tasks.
• Work within ERP systems (other than Quick Books) to manage accounting workflows.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or clerical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Comfortable navigating ERP systems beyond Quick Books.
