Cash Applications Analyst – Acrisure

• Consistently process cash application tasks promptly and accurately.
• Reconcile cash to invoicing and proactively resolve outstanding discrepancies.
• Evaluate situations and determine when items should be escalated to management.
• Contribute to Accounts Receivable reconciliation after cash posting.
• Seek feedback from others to improve current and future tasks.
• Achieve daily and weekly metrics.
• Collaborate with banks and internal departments to address receipt-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with processing guidelines.
• Understand and adhere to Acrisure’s accounting best practices.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Shows initiative to complete work without prompting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-year general accounting background required.
• Familiarity with insurance agency management systems and processes helpful.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Candidate should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
