Overview

Floater/Assistant, Oak Ridge, TN, Little Learning Lab (Emory Valley Center). The Early Learning Center and Little Learning Lab in Oak Ridge provide a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports early development through hands-on learning and individualized attention.

• Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities.
• Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being.
• Assist with personal care needs as required (e.g., diapering, feeding, toileting).
• Maintain a clean, engaging, and welcoming learning environment.
• Encourage positive behaviors and document children’s daily experiences and developmental progress.

• Classroom Engagement:
  Assist in planning and implementing daily activities.
• Child Supervision:
  Monitor safety and well-being of all children.
• Personal Care Support:
  Provide diapering, toileting, feeding, and other care as needed.
• Environment Maintenance:
  Keep the classroom organized and inviting.
• Behavior Guidance:
  Use consistent routines and positive reinforcement.
• Record-Keeping:
  Document daily activities and developmental progress.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on shift and experience).

Hours:

Full-time (Mon - Fri).
