  • As an active team member, work independently with children to ensure their needs are met, helping them feel secure and valued. Your strong judgment and excellent interpersonal skills will be essential in navigating diverse interactions and supporting our mission of inclusive education.
  • Build respectful relationships with families and uphold confidentiality. Play hands‑on with children, engage in activities, and maintain a clean and tidy classroom.
  • Encourage continuous professional development as we strive to make a positive impact on every child’s life. Join us for meaningful work.
Requirements

  • Valid Tennessee driver’s license and good driving record.
Benefits
  • Pay on Demand (Net Spend) and benefits package for part‑time employees.
  • Paid Time Off, holiday pay, and generous PTO.
  • A strong support system from supervisors invested in your well‑being.
  • Job security at a well‑established and thriving company that encourages internal mobility and career advancement.
  • Learning and development opportunities with essential tools and training.
