Join TNBANK as a Bank Teller and be the friendly face of our Oak Ridge branch! In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while handling transactions and assisting clients with their banking needs.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Promote bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain cash drawer and ensure accurate balancing at the end of each shift.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on banking services.
• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and improve customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance banking knowledge and skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in banking or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using computer systems and banking software.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and compliance training.
