Teaching Dental Hygiene Clinicals. Fall Semester 2024 teaching hours and days will vary.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene or related field required.
• Must be a graduate of an ADA accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Possess a current TN license as a dental hygienist or be license eligible.
• Have a minimum of three years of full-time private practice experience.
• Have current CPR certification or complete prior to beginning position.
• Have minimal computer skills such as ability to utilize Word, PowerPoint, and email.
• Able to perform normal duties with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrate ability to work harmoniously with the staff, faculty, and public and perform normal duties with minimal supervision.
• Possess a working knowledge of dental office practice management software such as Eagle Soft and dental imaging software preferred.
• Possess prior knowledge of educational methodology (preferred) or willingness to complete required educational methodology assignments.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new instructional techniques and technologies.
