Designer – Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD Electrical

Summary

MS Technology is seeking a Designer to support client projects by preparing detailed control panel and custom mechanical equipment design drawings using Autodesk Inventor and Auto Cad Electrical software. The role includes providing QA/QC support, ensuring deliverables meet rigorous standards, and collaborating effectively in client environments.

• Perform detailed design activities to include:
  • Preparation of control panel drawings using Auto Cad Electrical; enclosure front, back plate layout and details, cutout details, associated wiring diagrams and Bill of Materials.
  • Preparation of mechanical equipment fabrication drawings using Inventor – assemblies, details and Bill of Materials.
• Provides checking support for deliverables.
• Design activities are conducted following regimented quality assurance / quality control procedures.

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience utilizing Inventor.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience utilizing Auto Cad Electrical.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related field.
• High School Diploma.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Client projects for this position require US Citizenship.

• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to deal with conflicts and stressful situations.
• Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint.
