Pre-School Director, Oak Ridge, TN

This is a full-time on-site role located in Oak Ridge, TN, for a Preschool Director. The Preschool Director will oversee the preschool’s daily operations, including developing and implementing the curriculum, managing staff, and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. Responsibilities include compliance with licensing and academic standards, collaborating with families, managing budgets and resources, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere for children and staff.

The director will work daily with the church staff to ensure that the preschool’s mission is lining up with the church mission.

• Experience in Curriculum Development, Early Childhood Education, and Kindergarten instruction
• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource management
• Strong understanding of child development and Education practices
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of licensing standards and state educational requirements is a plus
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a preschool or educational setting
