Project Controls Specialist Energy

Overview

We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist Energy
, to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN.

• Stops work without fear of reprisal for unsafe conditions potentially affecting personnel safety or environmental risk.
• Codes invoices with CostPoint Project  number.
• Works with Procurement to resolve invoice issues.
• Routes and tracks invoice progress and approval status.
• Responds to queries from CostPoint with PO number; line number; amount charged per job, sub job, and object code.
• Enters cost data and invoice approval status into the Project Controls Cost Accrual Database.
• Implements Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Conducts data searches and compiles information, as requested by Project Controls Manager, to support preparation of routine and special purpose reports.
• Assists the Contracts Manager with backup information for Change Orders and Proposals.
• Isotek's Accounts Payable point of contact.
• Supports the execution of Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) guiding principles and core functions and the Isotek Safety Culture.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Oak Ridge, Tennessee, United States of America

• Minimum of 2‑plus years of invoice process management or cost reporting experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, verbal and written skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Applicants selected will be subject to a federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or matter.
• U.S. citizenship required for Atkins

Expected compensation range is between $56,000- $94,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
