, a not-for-profit community mental health center based in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a full-time Mobile Crisis Line Specialist
. This is perfect for a Bachelor's level candidate with a degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field who wants to work in a fast-paced behavioral health environment and expand their experience to Mobile Crisis intervention. This position will regularly be scheduled 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

The Mobile Crisis Line Specialist role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field such as psychology, social work, or counseling. Experience in a crisis hotline or social services environment is preferred. Good assessment, communication, and written skills are essential. Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and a safe driving record.

The Mobile Crisis Line Specialist will answer the Mobile Crisis phone line and manage the needs of the caller. This includes working with individuals in mental health crisis to ensure their safety, ensuring they receive the most appropriate resources available, following up with individuals to confirm their needs were met, managing requests for face-to-face assessments with Master's level clinicians, managing all general calls to the crisis line, and handling basic office functions.
