Site Project Manager

Thank you for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for a Site Project Manager to join the Deployment Team within our Recycling Division.

This is an on-site role in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

The Site Project Manager is responsible for on-the-ground engagement and coordination of local deployment operations of an industrial facility in Oak Ridge, TN. This includes collaboration with key external stakeholders such as contractors and subcontractors, vendors, local officials and representatives, industrial organizations, and members of the public.

• Conducting near-daily visits to build site to meet with contractor representatives, assess performance against plans, and resolve or elevate any identified variances
• Auditing contractor compliance with safety and quality requirements
• Identifying potential risks or issues in advance and developing mitigation strategies
• Hosting stakeholder visits to build site and office
• Coordinating logistics for a office near the build site
• Supporting work by Oklo Government Affairs and Community Affairs Teams by representing Oklo at local meetings and events

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, ideally Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• Prior experience managing construction projects
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical and design documentation

• Experience working with energy or nuclear projects

• Experienced with planning or overseeing construction projects
• Experienced with contractor or supplier management
• Mission‑driven, with grit to overcome obstacles to drive projects to success
• A skilled negotiator, with conflict resolution experience
