The Assistant Salon Directorhelpsdrivestoreperformance ,fosterssuperiorclientservice,andmaintainsoperationalexcellencetomeetorexceedestablishedproductivitygoals.
Thisindividualwillmanageandsupervise Tanning Consultantstoachievecompanygoalsandwillleadbyexampleinallcompanyoperations .The Assistant Salon Directorfostersasenseofurgencytoachieveobjectivesandholdstheteamaccountablefordeliveringanexceptionalclientexperience .
Responsibilitiesandessentialjobfunctionsincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing:
- Monitorandmanagedailyoperationsofthesaloninafast-paced environment.
- Leadbyexampleinallcompanyoperationsincludingcreatingaclient-centricexperienceandmeetingpersonalsalesexpectations.
- Maintainaprofessionalandimpeccablycleansalonenvironment.
- Establishescleargoalsandobjectivesfor Team Members .
- Provides coaching,training,andfeedbacktoimprove
Team Members’daily performance. - Generatesalesreports,maintain inventory,andassistwithother
Salon
Director functions. - Assistthe Salon Directorincontrollingtoplinerevenueandexpenses .
- Helptomaintainproperstaffinglevelstoensuremaximumproductivityandexcellentcustomerservicewhilealsocontrollinglaborcosts.
- Abilitytoworknightsaswellas Saturdays and Sundaysasrequiredtoprovidemanagementcoverage .
- Hasreliableabilityandtransportationtogotothebankasneeded.
- Candidateshouldexpecttoworkfivedaysperweek,andapproximatelya
35-40hourworkschedule.
- Collegeeducationpreferredbutnotrequired.
- Management and/or Salesexperiencerequired.
- Basic Computer skills(abilitytouseWord,Excel,and Outlook)
- Abilitytomanageeffectivelyinafast-paced environment,managingmultiplesituationssimultaneously.
- Knowledgeofclientservicetechniquesandoperationalpractices.
