Overview
Calhoun's is looking for a Cook to join their Oak Ridge location.
Responsibilities- Work on the line at Window, Grill, Salad and Fry stations.
- Prepare products for the station and assemble ingredients according to menu specifications.
- Maintain accuracy of product temperatures and keep a clean, sanitary work environment.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly and follow all food procedures.
- Become familiar with new menu items and specials as they become available.
- Work quickly and efficiently to complete tasks.
- Team Player with a sense of humor
- Smiles easily and often
- Math skills and understanding of basic conversions
- Must be able to use a digital scale and thermometer
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance)
- Position requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday
- Prefer kitchen line experience
- Demonstrate the ability to follow recipes

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
