Seasonal Operations Associate - Main St Oak Ridge
Do you like working with your hands and staying active? Do the words "order" and "process" get you excited? Do you enjoy making things happen behind the scenes and seeing your work flourish in a store? A Seasonal Operations Associate thrives on creating an outstanding customer experience by performing key operations functions within the store. This early‑morning position will involve supporting the task team in preparing the store prior to opening.
As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment period and may be offered an extension or regular position based on performance and availability.
- Customer Service – Work through the fast‑paced store, engaging customers who need assistance.
- Execute pricing and sign‑offs – Update quotes and labels quickly and accurately across the store.
- Replenish and restock – Pull and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, ensuring customers have the styles and sizes they need.
- Receive and unload merchandise – Unload trucks and process goods in the backroom.
- Backroom standards – Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
- Online pick‑up – Fulfill orders placed on when required.
- Merchandise strategy – Follow leadership plans to place merchandise efficiently and maintain standards along the sales floor.
- Learning environment – Absorb new information from peers and training materials on merchandise and business processes.
