We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a diverse skill set to ensure the smooth operation of our residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Fabricate components as needed for repairs or improvements.
• Assist other maintenance staff or contractors during larger projects.
• Maintain the community ground in pristine condition.
• Utilize tools testing and diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management.

• Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and residents.
• Electrical skills including troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
• Appliance knowledge to understand and repair various appliance brands.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
