Overview

Entry-Level Shop Assistant role at Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System. Full-time position focused on maintaining the shop’s organization and efficiency, with potential to advance into an installer position in the future.

• Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist installers with preparing tools, materials, and equipment for jobs.
• Perform general shop tasks, including stocking supplies, minor repairs, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Help load and unload materials and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Provide support on job sites when necessary.

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic knowledge of tools and shop safety is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.

• Compensation: $19.00 per hour (hourly pay).
