• Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems (walk‑in coolers, freezers, small self‑contained equipment, reach‑ins, etc.).
• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Test lines, components, and connections for leaks.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Communicate with customers regarding status of repair or maintenance being performed or needed on equipment.
• Order and install replacement parts as needed.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb a ladder, and work in any weather condition.
• Universal EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and on‑site drug test.
• Safely operate and maintain company‑provided vehicle.
• Be available for after‑hours service to customers.
• Provide top‑quality customer service.
• Experience in a commercial HVAC setting, refrigeration equipment, ice machines, hot foods, and preventative maintenance (a bonus).
• Must provide own tools such as basic hand tools, gauges, and power tools.
• Company‑provided tools: ladders, vacuum pumps, re‑claimers, torch and tank for nitrogen, leak detector.
