Ridgeview is seeking a Master's level Social Worker or Counselor for the ROADs Mental Health Co-Responder position in Oak Ridge, TN. The role is embedded with the Police Department and supports crisis intervention, on-site and office-based assessments, and linkage to resources.

The program collaborates with law enforcement to provide joint response to mental health and substance use situations, with some evening hours required and supervision pathways toward licensure for unlicensed staff.
