To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re searching for a Warehouse Clerk who will accurately pick and pack inventory for orders, coordinate shipments, and perform various administrative tasks.

The right candidate will be able to multitask, follow instructions, work collaboratively with a team, and will contribute to the smooth functioning of our warehouse.

• Inventory Management:
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify their accuracy against purchase orders or delivery notes.
  • Inspect and record any damaged or missing items.
  • Organize and maintain inventory using appropriate systems or software.
  • Perform regular stock checks and assist in conducting periodic inventory audits.
• Order Processing:
  • Retrieve items from inventory based on customer orders or internal requests.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Pack, label, and seal packages according to established procedures.
  • Generate shipping labels and documentation using computerized systems.
• Warehouse Organization:
  • Arrange and maintain products in a systematic and orderly manner.
  • Ensure that aisles, shelves, and storage areas are clean, safe, and free from obstacles.
  • Assist in optimizing space utilization within the warehouse.
• Data Entry and Documentation:
  • Accurately record and update inventory-related information in the database or inventory management system.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant documentation such as receiving reports, packing slips, and shipping records.
  • Assist in generating regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other warehouse metrics.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
  • Communicate any inventory discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

• Proven experience as a warehouse clerk or similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or software is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, order processing, and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 75 lbs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
