Key Responsibilities Category Strategy & Sourcing Excellence
  • Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for assigned indirect spend areas, aligned with Worldpac’s financial objectives, operating model, and growth strategy.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage supplier performance through formal QBRs, KPIs, SLAs, and corrective action plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into sourcing strategies while challenging demand and driving standardization where appropriate.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure sourcing decisions are operationally executable and adopted.
Digital Procurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Actively support and shape digital procurement transformation initiatives, including process standardization, catalog enablement, workflow automation, and analytics.
  • Champion continuous improvement in source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes, leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities and data insights.
  • Support enterprise initiatives related to sustainability, supplier diversity, risk management, and operating efficiency.
Qualifications

  • Experience:

7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with strong exposure to indirect spend categories.
  • Proven success leading complex negotiations, large-scale cost-out programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience operating within formal procurement policies, governance models, and Procure-to-Pay environments.
  • Strong proficiency with ERP and P2P systems, ideally Oracle Fusion, including catalog management, requisitioning workflows, and spend analytics.
  • Advanced analytical and financial skills with the ability to translate data into commercial and strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a consultative, influence-based leadership style.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Professional certifications (CPSM, CPM, CPIM) are a plus.
