Planner / Scheduler II (Hybrid)

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181

Shift: 1st Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Rate Range: $30-$42/hr on W2 without benefits

Duration: 1 year

NOTE:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 and planning tools.
• Solid understanding of project cost control and forecasting.
• 5+ years planning large or complex projects.

• Seeking a Planner/Scheduler to manage project schedules, costs, and forecasts for customer equipment and infrastructure projects.
• This role partners closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost forecasts.
• Build tender schedules and cost estimates.
• Track actuals, forecasts, risks, and cost movements.
• Analyze schedule and cost trends and report project status.
  
  Support change orders, project closeout, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with Project Controls standards and tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams, finance, and third parties.
