Mechanical Design Engineer - CAD

Permanent/Direct Hire, Onsite
Pay range: $85,000 - $125,000
This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys owning projects from concept through construction and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The projects are small and move quickly. Ranging from 2,000 SF to 50,000 SF small tenant buildouts, commercial, retail, and manufacturing facilities
, with schedules that can range from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on project scope and complexity.
- Knowledge of HVAC Engineering
- Code Review
- Experience with:
- HVAC Load calculations
- Ductwork distribution
- Equipment Selection
- Specifications
- Site survey
- Shop drawing review
- Experience:
5 years + - B.S. Engineering
- Knowledge of engineering codes and standards e.g. ASPE, IMC, IECC
- Experience in all phases of project management
- Experience with Auto Cad a must, Revit and Solidworks a plus
