A leading Financial Group that helps clients build the life they’ve worked decades to earn is hiring a Paraplanner. The Paraplanner plays a critical role in companies’ mission by turning complex financial data into clear plans that give clients peace of mind. You will support Advisors directly by gathering information, inputting detailed financial data into eMoney, and preparing planning deliverables that drive informed decisions.

$70,000 - $80,000 / Year DOE

• Gather and input financial data into eMoney to build retirement and wealth‑management plans
• Analyze client documents including investment statements, tax returns, insurance policies and estate materials
• Conduct cash flow, retirement income, investment risk and tax strategy modeling
• Support plan builds with tight deadlines and high accuracy
• Partner with Advisors to prepare pre‑plan details and follow‑up deliverables
• Assist with client portal setup and provide occasional virtual walkthroughs
• Maintain meticulous record‑keeping and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Contribute to a positive, service‑focused client experience

• 2+ years in financial services, wealth management or retirement planning
• Deep knowledge of eMoney
• Strong Excel skills including formulas and VLOOKUPs
• Highly organized, accurate and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Professional communication skills
• A proactive, humble attitude
• Bachelor's degree a plus
• Paraplanning experience preferred
