We are looking for an Associate (M&A) to join our investment banking team in either the Chicago Loop or Oakbrook Terrace, IL offices. Team members will contribute actively through all phases of the deal process and on key non‑transactional projects.

• Perform valuation and financial modeling tasks (leveraged buyout, discounted cash flow, comparable public company, and precedent transaction analyses).
• Prepare correspondence, marketing information, and presentations for senior professionals.
• Draft, edit, and organize client pitches, offering materials, and management presentations.
• Research and compile market data relating to prior or future transactions.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and a minimum of three years of relevant valuation, credit analysis or investment banking experience, including at least two years of sell‑side M&A experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate directly with senior level management, board members and shareholders.
• Proficiency in managing multiple project‑oriented tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
• working in both a team setting and independently.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong work ethic, personal integrity and willingness to work long hours and travel as needed.
