M&A Associate: Valuation & Deal Execution

A financial advisory firm is seeking an Associate (M&A) to join their investment banking team in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. The successful candidate will be involved in all phases of the deal process and carry out valuation tasks, prepare presentations, and conduct market research. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and at least three years of relevant experience, including two years in sell-side M&A.

A strong work ethic and communication skills are essential.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $125,000.
