Senior Manager, IT Procurement

Our client, a global consumer products company headquartered in the western suburbs of Chicago, is growing and hiring a Senior IT Procurement Manager to help with contract management, supplier operations management, project management, and purchasing.

• Act as the procurement and contract management expert for assigned product categories, specifically software, hardware, and IT-related services
• Oversee a team of 3 buyers and over $500M in global IT spend annually
• Manage the negotiation of vendor terms and conditions and associated maintenance and support for agreements
• Coordinate and lead planning continuous improvements initiatives, as well as project management
• Meet regularly with the business to ensure needs are met in a timely and accurate fashion

• Minimum of five years of procurement experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related field
• ERP experience required, SAP strongly preferred

Pay Range: $150,000 - $160,000+
