• Leverage internal and external data sources to uncover business opportunities and performance trends
• Communicate findings through narrative-driven storytelling tailored to various audiences
• Architect and maintain dynamic dashboards and self-service analytics tools using platforms like Power BI or Tableau
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency
• Act as a liaison between analytics, technology, and business units to translate data needs into technical solutions

• 5+ years of previous analytics experience developing business solutions using robust data assets
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience along with a high school diploma/GED
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases

• Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Basic to intermediate statistical knowledge (regression, clustering, decision trees, etc.)
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
• Proficiency with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries
