Job Description
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Software engineering process consulting, Business process consulting, Business problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Software delivery, Business processes, Solution architecture, and Business case development.
• At least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing Tools Migration and consolidation, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Tools administration using relevant tools and technologies.
• Experience with Project Management & Tracking tools such as JIRA and Rally.
• Experience with Code Management Systems like SVN, Git Hub, Stash, TFS, and Clearcase.
• Experience with Continuous Integration & Build tools such as Team City, Bamboo, Jenkins, Run Deck, TFS, Gradle, Cruise Control, Ant, Maven, SBT, Anthill Pro, Crucible.
• Experience with Repository management tools like Nexus, Artifactory, Archiva.
• Experience with Code Quality & Productivity tools such as Sonar, Semmle, Blue Optima, Crucible, PMD, Checkstyle, JUnit, Jacoco, Clover, Coverity.
• Experience with Content Management systems like SharePoint, Documentum, Docweb.
• Experience with Test Management tools such as HP ALM, HP QC.
• Experience with Test Automation tools like HP QTP, Selenium, JMeter, SOAPUI.
• Experience with Continuous Deployment tools such as Chef, Puppet, uDeploy, Liquibase, CA Release Automation, Automic ARA, Ansible, XL-Release, Docker.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell scripting, Power Shell, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Python, BASH.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle activities using Java or MS technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in performing As-Is Analysis of software delivery processes, identifying gaps, estimating, and defining the roadmap for Agile Dev Ops implementation.
• At least 3 years of experience in evaluating, validating, and deploying development/configuration/tools solutions.
• Experience and interest in thought leadership, white papers, and mentoring staff is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in a management consulting environment is a plus.
• Excellent client interfacing skills and ability to create impactful presentations for senior management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
• Minimum 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
