As a Vetco Customer Service Team member, you will meet your team at our local dispatch office, then travel to your assigned Petco clinic locations for the day. At the clinics, you and your team will greet the pet parents and recommend the services that will best protect their pets. The Customer Service Team will assist the Veterinarian so the services can be administered and thank the pet parent for protecting their pet with Vetco!

• Greet pet parents and recommend services that best protect their pets.
• Assist veterinarians with service administration.
• Provide exceptional customer service and make good recommendations.
• Work as a team player, supporting the team in every way.
• Travel to assigned clinic locations as required.
• Maintain a positive, can‑do attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Love dogs and cats and have a genuine desire to help animals.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in changing environments and travel across markets.
• Responsible, accountable, and a team player with a can‑do attitude.

Salary Range: $15.00 – $19.80 per hour
